The Brisbane Telegraph reports that Colin Ross left Sydney for his tour of Queensland in the first week of August. This second part of his Australian journey lasted until early November 1929, when he embarked in Cairns for Port Moresby (Territory of Papua), to arrive on November 4, 1929.
