Inland in South Australia and Queensland
This sequences combines two trips the Rosses made into the arid inland of Australia: One from Adelaide towards Lake Eyre and back (undertaken in April 1929), and one from Charleville north to Muttaburra (dated between August and October 1929) on the way from Sydney to Cairns. The subjects from several shots are also depicted in corresponding chapters in Ross’s Australia book Der unvollendete Kontinent (1930).
